My first experience :)

17:00

"Buzz... Buzz," my handset vibrated when I was "concentrating" on my lecture. "Who is that?" It was a text message from my senior. She was asking me to become a MC for the Christian fellowship farewell dinner. I hesitated for a while. "What? Speaking in front on the stage, are you kidding me? I am used to talk nonsense, however, say something serious on that particular event, are you bluffing?" Thus, I texted back. " I am not pretty confident that I can do it."However, she successfully convinced me. I found that I was quite easily convinced by other people. :(

The theme of our farewell is A night t shine.

Thus, that is why I ended up being a MC for the farewell dinner. It was my first time. The event was held at the Banquet hall, forty plus people turned up. The most troublesome thing of being a MC is that you are required to do make up and wore the prettiest dress you had as you are suppose to be the center of attraction. With a great courage, I put on the same dress I wore during the farewell dinner last year. It was not very comfortable as I had to walk gracefully. Besides, I was not good in walking with high heels. Finish groaning on my attire, now, I am going to tell you something serious. My tongue and mouth were malfunctioned after the event began. Actually, I was not that nervous, however, I did not know the reason my tongue kept twisting and me myself, kept on forgetting the words. Maybe it was because I do not have  sufficient time for the preparation, testes and quizzes engaged my time. :( However, I think I did not make as many mistakes as I did for my second part. Overall, it was still ok.

Still, let us not only focusing on my MC part, the objective of the dinner is to show our gratitudes and appreciation to all the seniors. The most surprising thing that happened during that night was, we, all the juniors, received a booklet from our seniors who wrote all their compliments about us. I was surprised and touched.
A pretty handmade booklet. Isn't it beautiful.
Despite of doing their final year project, they had been doing this pretty, awesome and gorgeous  booklet for us. ;-( Oh no, now, I am starting to miss you all.

A shoot by myself. Sorry, the make up smudged after the event. haha :)
MC not equal to ME:-)
