It has been a long time for not posting anything here. I was lack of enthusiastic and inspiration to write my blog. So, now it is time to stop giving myself any excuses. So, now to start my post, I want to introduce to you -- Hokkaido Cupcakes. They are soft and easily made. The tools you need are an oven and a mixer. If you do not have any mixer at home, then you can do it with your hands but it would probably take a longer time. I did the cupcakes last week and they turned out to be finger licking good.
