          I will blog about my Thailand mission trip and Australia trip later on. Today, I would like to blog about my interview experience.  I decided to take my job search seriously after 2 months vacation. I managed to get 5 job offers. There are some tips that I wanna share with you all. 

• First, we need to get a list of companies that you would like to work with. For example, I am an Graduate Electrical Engineer. I had an internship with one of the famous building consultants in Penang. I love the job that I did, so, I decided to further my skills and knowledge in this field. So, I google "Top M&E consultant in Malaysia".
• Secondly, I went to the companies' website and search for the contact number. Besides, I got a further understanding of my job scope through the web. 
• Thirdly, call the companies. Do not be shy. By calling to the company, you will be able to know if there is any vacancy. You can get the detail of the Human Resources Manager, such as email, extension number and name. 
• Then, send the emails to the companies. Remember to customise the cover letter and resume.
• After one or two weeks, you may get phone calls from the human resources manager. If you did not get any call, you can call them back and ask them about the progress. If you succeed, you can proceed with the interview state.
